- Through signing up to a Weightmedics programme, you are signing up for a 12-week minimum contract unless otherwise stated by your weight management specialist.
- If paying for your own programme fees are settled after each appointment by cash, card or electronic payment link.
- I understand that any fees paid for a programme are non-refundable.
- We care about your personal data a great deal and are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your data. Our Privacy Policy here explains when and why we collect personal information from you.
- We aim to delivery any prescriptions within 24hrs from date of shipping, however we request 72hrs days are given for prescriptions to arrive before contacting the clinic. We accept Master Card, Visa and AMEX. We cannot accept returns of medication or any exchanges. All sales are final.
- Weightmedics reserves the right to vary this Agreement from time to time by amending this page. Registered user’s will be notified of changes by the email address we have for you on file. Any material amendments intending to bind an existing user of the System shall become effective 7 days after the email.
- Weightmedics is not suitable for women who are pregnant due to the different nutritional requirements to support growth and development during pregnancy. Women who are breastfeeding are eligible to partake in some parts of the programme. However, as this remains an important time for growth and development of a child, it is essential that all nutritional requirements are met. Therefore, if you are breastfeeding, you will need to inform your specialist to ensure they are able to support you in the best way possible.
