Wellness at Weightmedics

At Weightmedics, we believe in a holistic approach to weight management which is why wellness plays an important role in your journey with us.  Wellness at Weightmedics includes nutritional support, mindfulness, movement and much more.

Mindfulness

We are thrilled to now offer an 8-16 week Mindful Eating Programme to all of our patients via our Weightmedics App.  Created by Mindfulness expert Julia Karnacz, this specially designed programme includes journaling activities, as well as taking a mindful moment to listen to our ‘MINDFUL MOMENT’ audio each week.  As you journey through this experience; you will notice how much this process can enhance your experience and your weight management results.  These are life-long and life-style lessons that you can then take with you both during your programme and beyond.

Mindful Nutritionist: Julia Karnacz

Julia is a qualified Nutritionist and Mindfulness (MBSR) coach as well as a wellbeing (Yoga/Breathwork/Meditation) practitioner for both children (Seedlings Wellbeing Ltd) and adults. Julia is passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She believes that by creating a body-mind connection approach and tuning into ourselves physically and mentally allows us to respond intuitively to our true hunger responses and therefore builds a positive, sustainable and healthy relationship with food and a healthy weight as a result.
