Zara is a fully registered Nutritional Therapist, NLP practitioner and Health Coach. She is regulated by the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Zara is currently studying towards a Master Practitioner qualification in Eating Disorders.
Zara’s mission is to educate and inspire individuals to learn about the power of nutrition and to take control of their own wellbeing. As a busy practitioner and a mother, she understands the challenges of combining healthy eating habits with a busy job as well as a hectic family life.
