• Don’t tell anyone your password or write it down anywhere- you can simply reset it if you forget.
• Do be sure to log out of the website on computers or mobile phones when using someone else’s devices.
• Ensure that your smartphone has enabled its fingerprint, face detection or is password protected for extra  security.
• If you receive an email from Weight Medics requesting credit card details to be shared over email, please do not reply and let us know on hello@weightmedics.co.uk
