Welcome to Weight Medics, where we offer the convenience of secure medication delivery straight to your chosen UK address through our partnership with DPD, facilitated by our trusted dispensing pharmacy, DOSE.
Here are the details:
Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of medication; all sales are final.
If you prefer, collection of medications is also an option from DOSE Pharmacy at Unit 217b, Mirror Works, 12 Marshgate Ln, London E15 2NH, between 10am – 3pm Monday-Friday. Please bring photo ID for collection. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they should have ID, know your full name, date of birth, and address.

We strive to deliver all medications within 48 hours from the shipping date. In the rare case you receive a 'delayed' SMS from DPD. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can expedite an investigation into the reported delay, to ensure you receive your medication as quickly as possible.
DPD will make delivery attempts over 2 consecutive days. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your medication will be returned to DOSE Pharmacy, with a second delivery charge of £11.95 applicable.
Please note: Public holidays may affect estimated delivery dates. For more information regarding dispensing and delivery times around public holidays, please speak with a member of our team.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly specify your preferred shipping address at the time of payment. This can be any UK address, whether it’s your workplace, home, or through a trusted adult. If designating a proxy to receive your delivery, please provide them with your unique DPD PIN.
Delivery addresses can not be changed or updated mid transit due to the nature of the delivery being prescribed medication.
Once your delivery and shipping address, along with GPS coordinates, are confirmed, please note that any disputes regarding delivery may not be handled directly by Weight Medics.
In the unfortunate event of reported missing medications, we may be unable to resend to the same address if it’s deemed ‘compromised’. In such cases, an alternative address may need to be provided.
Your medications will arrive in discreet packaging via DPD’s pin code service for added security. This service requires the DPD driver to obtain a pin code at the time of delivery, meaning ‘leave with a neighbour’ or ‘leave safe’ options are not available.
Each PIN code is unique and generated for every shipment. On the day of delivery, the recipient will receive their PIN code via email and/or SMS.
The postage and packaging fee via DPD is £11.95.
Lastly, please note that while we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we do not offer a guaranteed ‘next-day’ service due to the prescribing process. If you require urgent medication, please reach out to us via email.
